Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Chapter 103D, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), the Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA) is seeking proposals from interested developers to revitalize and redevelop Kuhio Park Terrace and Kuhio Homes on the island of Oahu.
